The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) was organizing a Global Dialogue (GD) on the International Year of Pulses 2016 at its headquarters in Rome, Italy from 22 to 23 November 2016. This course was developed by FAO in collaboration with the World Bank and European Union, and with technical inputs from many partners. It illustrates the linkages between agriculture, food systems and nutrition, and provides concrete examples of opportunities for integrating nutrition into food system policies, investments and programmes.
